Superdrug 5-in-1 BB Cream

This 5-in-1 BB cream by superdrug claims to be a Moisturiser, Concealer, Primer and Foundation while enhancing your skin tone. It says on the box that it has UVA/UVB filters and has SPF 15 which I love.

It comes in 3 shades (light, medium & dark) so its quite easy to judge your colour, I chose the light. When I first squeezed the tube the colour looked very orange, and as I'm not a huge fan of the quality of most own brand products I thought it was going to be a waste of £6.99. It was the first BB cream I've tried so wasnt sure what to expect but I am pleasantly surprised! As I've said, the colour of the cream is a little dark and orange looking but it blends so perfectly into my skin tone!

I think that it is super for throwing on before running to get milk, or when your having a pj day and the doorbell rings, but I dont think I would depend on it like I do with my foundation. Im in two minds about this one as I think it does what it says it should, but I am definately a foundation addict so personally it isnt something I would rush to replace, but for those who appreciate the super natural look I think its a good buy!

You can grab it here:Superdrug 5-in-1 BB Cream for £6.99 (intro price) /£8.99

Let me know what you think?

Bed Head - Headrush!

Headrush by Bed Head is described on the bottle as "Shine Adrenaline for your hair" which is pretty much on the button.
It sprays like hairspray to give your hair a really glossy look too it. Ive tried it a few times and it seems that you cant overdo it! The more you spray, the more fabulous your hair looks! Its not greasy, you cant see it, it doesnt need to be brushed in. I have only good things to say about it.
It seems to be an ok size for my handbag too so i can just spritz my hair a touch between work and drinks!
It is priced around £9 depending on where you buy it but some places are charging upward of £15. Heres a link for 'Fragrance Direct' who price it at £9.50 - Bargain! Bed Head - Headrush

Benefit Playstick Foundation

Benefit's Playsticks are a foundation I have been using for a while now. It is a cream-to-powder stick foundation that comes in 7 shades (although I think they've recently reduced it to 4), personally I switch between 'Spin the Bottle' (the lightest) and 'Tea Party' (medium tan) depending on whether or not I am wearing any self tan. It is medium coverage but applied properly, which in my opinion is by using the 'Mac 187 Duo Fibre Stipple Brush', it can give a really flawless finish. My face is practically one giant freckle and it covers it brilliantly!
